1. Project manager arrives for free at-home estimate. You receive a project cost estimate with no obligation for payment. You may also choose to simply buy the blueprints for the project and continue at a later date.
   
   
2. We obtain construction permits from the city. This ensures that you are receiving the highest quality work as required by a state inspector, and avoids paying fines later. Don't let other contractors convince you that permits are optional!
   
   
3. We establish a building schedule with you. This defines payment upon deliverables, so you never pay for work which has not been done yet.
   
   
4. Groundbreaking! Work begins.
